The project website that you are now visiting contains updated information about Creative Lenses and it activities. If you want to get more detailed news about what is happening within the project –including those activities that are not open to the public, such as the catalyst programme– receive in your email inbox our latest research reports, get updates about the development of business model innovation tools, etc., we advice you to subscribe to our mailing list (find the form in the right corner of this page’s footer).
For more personal insights from the individuals directly involved in Creative Lenses, we recommend you to read our blog.
Most of the activities of Creative Lenses are open to the public –such as the Forums, the International Conferences and the training workshops– and you are welcome to participate in them.
The research component of the project will produce several reports, methodologies, toolkits and online tools regarding the topic of business models in the cultural sector. We are sure that you will find them useful for your work.
If you would like to contribute to our investigation, you can provide us with data about your arts and cultural organisations through the Survey about business models that we are carrying out from May 2016.
If your organization is a member of Trans Europe Halles or IETM, you can also benefit from discounted fees for the public events of the project. Contact José Rodríguez for details.

The Creative Lenses Benchmarking Tool is an online system allowing arts and cultural organisations to self-asses their performance and compare them to other organisations operating in the sector both locally and internationally. It will also provide data and analysis about the sector and guidelines for audience development.
The Benchmarking Tool will be developed in 2018 based on the results of the Research and Catalyst phases of the project.
