Drawing on the insights from the EU Creative Europe Creative Lenses project, the aim of the workshop is for participants to learn about and reflect on the key concepts, relevance, issues and practical applications, associated with business models and their innovation in performing arts organisations and cultural venues.

The workshop will be delivered through theory, presentations, practice case studies, videos, practical group work/exercise, personal reflection, ideas.
Is a Senior Lecturer for the Design School at London College of Communication and Researcher for the Creative Lenses European Union project. She has developed and led courses on business modelling, creative entrepreneurship, human resources and leadership. Alongside her role in education, Maureen works as a strategic development consultant and coach. She is also the Founder Director of Freshwaters Consultancy that helps individuals and organisations create sustainable futures.
